We exclusively offer Color Services for units directly purchased from Simply A Lady Virgin Hair.

For all other makeover services, we gladly accept wigs not crafted by SAL. However, the units must be in fair condition. Any non-SAL units needing additional services will be returned, and a return mail fee will be applied.

In the event of required add-on services discovered during initial inspection, you'll promptly receive an invoice. Please note, payment must be settled before we commence any work on your SAL wig.

Alternatively, utilize our designated pickup/drop-off day and time: Saturdays at 12 PM NOON. This is currently the sole window available, so if it doesn't align with your schedule, kindly opt for shipping during checkout.

Processing Time: Expect a turnaround of 10-15 business days from the date we receive your unit.
